Ravi Teja coming back to form with his previous movie Raja The Great. Now, his latest movie Touch Chesi Chudu released in worldwide theatres. This is a routine commercial entertainer converted to Ravi Teja’s trademark mass action style. The film looked promising with its trailer and promos but failed to impress audience.

Karthikeya (Raviteja) is a businessperson who loves his family most and gives very much importance to his family. He loved a girl Pushpa (Rashi) and she too loved him. But, there is a hidden and violent past behind this cool and calm Karthikeya. He is back into his original character when he knows that a criminal Irfan still alive. What is hidden past of Karthikeya and who is Irfan. What is relation between these two? That is story of the film.

Raviteja's appearance and style is similar to his previous movie Raja the Great. He did both the film simultaneously that is why he maintained same style and appearance. He is energetic as general and shows his impact in several scenes with his performance. Rashi Khanna is good in some scenes and She has no objections for skin show that add some glamour to movie. Seerat Kapoor managed with her hot looks and skin show rather than acting. Vennela Kishore added some funny moments to movie. Rajesh, Jaya Prakash, Jeeva and Suhasini are commendable in supporting roles.

Director Vikram Sirikonda is not storywriter and screenplay writer of the film. This is an old story of famous writer turned director Vakkantham Vamsi. Screen play for this story written by Deepak Raj. Director Vikram not tried anything new in his taking and direction. He just directed the film as routine commercial director.

Music by pritham is not upto the mark. Mani Sharma's background music is good. Cinematography, stunts and editing are upto the mark. Production values are good.

Plus points:

Comedy in first half

Minus points:

Weak Second half

Poor Script

Boring Scenes

Touch Chesi Chudu promised to be a power packed mass masala entertainer from its promos, but it failed reach expectations with boring scenes and weak script. I wonder why Ravi Teja accepted this routine story because he already told that he wants to try something new.

There are a few twists and turns in the screenplay but most of them are predictable. The new director lost his grip in some scenes and not successful in executing them. First half of the movie is good with Raviteja mark comedy and romantic track between Raviteja and Rashi.
Second half runs on a serious note as Raviteja turned into cop with duty minded. Villain characters are very boring. Raviteja tried his level best to lift the routine scenes with energetic and powerful acting. There is a poor ending for the movie by re introducing Raviteja in fun loving role. Proper screenplay and powerful scenes are missed throughout the movie. Very few action blocks in the movie which gives some impact. But this Raviteja’s starrer failed to reach expectations on the movie. rating – 3.0/5
